Join us as the Web and Digital Solutions Officer and help shape smart, user-friendly digital experiences for the Tweed community. You’ll manage content across Council websites, support third-party platforms, and deliver innovative solutions that improve communication and customer service. We are seeking:

  • Design and deliver smart digital solutions that improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Manage and enhance content across Council’s websites using CMS tools.
  • Support and advise on third-party digital platforms, including researching new technologies.
  • Provide expert digital advice and project management across the organisation.
  • Work flexibly and creatively to meet deadlines, occasionally outside standard hours for emergency situations.

Where it's located:

This position is based in Murwillumbah, and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
