About the role:
- Deliver expert arboriculture services including tree assessment, pruning and removals in line with Australian Standards
- Perform advanced climbing, rigging and EWP operations
- Operate and collaborate within a well‑equipped team to deliver safe, efficient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Council’s record management systems
- Communicate professionally with Council staff, emergency services and the community while prioritising safety and environmental care

We are seeking:
- Qualified arborist (Certificate III or working towards) with hands‑on industry experience
- Skilled in tree climbing, rigging and performing works to AS4373 standards
- Licensed or willing to obtain EWP, crane/plant electrical safety and White Card tickets
- Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Safety‑focused professional committed to training, compliance and best‑practice arboriculture

This position is based in Murwillumbah, and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
