TS Global is an Australian-owned leader in conveyor products and specialist maintenance services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Belt Splicer Supervisor to lead our Site Services team across Mackay.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced belt splicer who can guide field service teams and deliver safe, efficient and high-quality conveyor maintenance services.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $5,000 paid upon commencement
• $5,000 paid following successful completion of probation

The bonus may be used to support relocation to Mackay, purchasing tools and equipment, or in the way that best supports your transition into the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise conveyor belt-splicing crews
• Coordinate site activities, scheduling and resource allocation
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and team support
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery

About You

You will have:

• Certificate III in Polymer Processing
• Extensive conveyor belt-splicing experience
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, belt repairs and pulley lagging
• Experience supervising site-based maintenance teams
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Current driver’s licence

Experience supporting mining operations across the Bowen Basin will be highly regarded.
