TS Global is an Australian-owned leader in conveyor products and specialist maintenance services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Level 3 Belt Splicer to join our Site Services team in Mackay.

This role is ideal for an experienced belt splicer ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll receive mentoring, development and practical leadership opportunities, with a pathway to progress into a supervisory role within 6–12 months.

• $3,750 paid upon commencement
• $3,750 paid following successful completion of probation

The bonus may be used to support relocation to Mackay, purchasing tools and equipment, or in the way that best supports your transition into the role.

About the Role

• Perform conveyor belt splicing, repairs and maintenance
• Support the coordination of site projects, shutdowns and maintenance work
• Mentor and assist less-experienced team members
• Build strong relationships with customers and site personnel
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the business

About You

You will have:

• Certificate III in Polymer Processing
• Extensive conveyor belt-splicing experience
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, belt repairs and pulley lagging
• Experience in mining, bulk materials handling or industrial environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to progress
• Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
• Current driver’s licence
