We are looking for staff to join our team- available shifts:

Friday, 6.00am-2.00pm, Saturday 11.30-7.30pm &  Sunday 11.30am-7.30pm – onsite car park provided.

TWG is seeking an energetic & dynamic, hands-on chef to work as part of our great team at one of Melbourne's residential colleges & events.

We are looking for a chef who has a thorough understanding of allergens to prepare the meals for the residential students, experience with understanding allergens -- these include anaphylaxis and lifestyle choices. Food is to be creative, contemporary and enjoyable. We require production of fantastic food and a willingness to work in a positive team environment.

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will work as part of the team catering for , Lunch & Dinner when required  for residential university students along with assisting with functions and supervising working students.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing contemporary, nutritious meals for tertiary residential students’ day to day production of all kitchen requirements.
• Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity
• Adherence to Food safety Program
