The Company

Singapore Lounge Catering is managed by leading hospitality company Trippas White Group, by their Hospitality Services Team.  Trippas White are the providers of first-class Catering Services in Airport Lounges, schools and corporate locations across Australia.

The SilverKris Lounge, operating at Perth International Airport has won multiple Awards under Trippas White, including best Corporate and Lounge Caterer WA at the recent RAC Awards.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work within a premium 5-star operation other than a hotel. Operating around a 24-hour clock, the lounge offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night buffet selections, enhanced with live cooking stations.  With a menu rotating every 2 months, and dishes from varied cultural landscapes, this role will keep you engaged and motivated.  You will be an experienced Chef/Cook who understands quality and is proud to present dishes to the highest standard.  Due to the nature of our business, the ability to work varied hours from early morning to midnight is a necessity.   As a team, we work together to ensure everyone has a roster that allows work/life balance for all.

You

• At least 1-2 years’ experience within the industry as a chef/cook
• Previous exposure to a small team environment
• Can work morning and night - rotating rosters
• Ability to support the team when under pressure
• Drive and commitment to delivering THE BEST 
• Be 100% customer focused. Appreciate the purpose of hospitality
• Want to learn and develop as a Cook for future prospects within the Group
• A working understanding of Food safety Standards, experience of HACCP advantageous
• Requires a security check to be able to successfully receive an ASIC Pass as a condition of successful employment.
