Experienced Cook available Sunday to Thursday – Kilmore VIC

PPT time or Casual, Available for lunch and dinner service and experienced to support busy catering operation

We are currently seeking a talented Cook to join our team at the Kilmore Location

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing lunch and dinner menu items
• Assisting Chef in function catering
• Preparing ingredients for following day services
• Monitor the food records to adhere to Food Safety practice
• Wash dishes when required
• Ensure ingredients and equipment are at the correct temperature
• Clean and sanitise worktops at the end of day’s trade, ensuring correct storage of all food items.

 To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A passion for great food and customer service
• Experience working under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements
• Great personal grooming, presentation and a confident and pleasant manner
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience within kitchen production
• WWC required
