We are all about the delivery of class leading experience for our client, their employees, and guests. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time reception role with EY one of our leading corporate clients. This role is based within the CBD and is a Monday to Friday position.
About you - your Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience
- · You know how to make a great first impression.
- · You are a foodie with a strong understanding of how a fully serviced corporate hospitality floor operates.
- · You are proficient in the use of Microsoft office products including One Note
- · You have experience in the management of a reception & reservation mailbox.
- · You have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or front of house position within a 5-star hotel.
- · You have strong experience in visitor management & creating an authentic arrival experience.
- · You have previous experience with a room booking management system.
- · You have experience in hosting events, venue arrivals, restaurant or like environments
- · You will manage your time efficiently and be able to prioritise competing demands.
- · You are an excellent communicator and can relate effectively with clients and the wider team when under pressure.
- · You are willing to take direction and open to learning new skills.
