A unique opportunity has arisen to join a Team in Ringwood
Excellent working conditions, hours Monday to Friday 6am-1400pm availability required.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Day to day production of all kitchen requirements for retail.
- Daily volume production of contemporary food
- Financial responsibility for Menu costings
- Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity
- Ordering and replenishing stock
- Managing staf
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- A focus on providing excellent contemporary food!
- Strong understanding of all aspects of menu planning disciplines
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable grooming standards
- Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles
- Computer literate
