We are all about the delivery of class leading experiences for our clients, their employees and guests and need great people to join our diverse & energetic Café team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a professional Food & Beverage all-rounder, who also has outstanding Barista skills & is passionate about coffee to work as part of our outstanding Hospitality Services Team for our valued Corporate Client EY.

If you are committed to providing class leading experiences, have a good standard of coffee knowledge, Barista and food & beverage skills, are without question self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our clients’ expectations and really enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you. Ultimately, it’s your attitude that is most important to us, however previous experience with Event & Corporate Catering, Café Operations, high-end Hotel Food & Beverage Experience, or Events is highly desirable. You’ll need to be flexible and available to work across varied shifts from 06:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday.

About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

  • You know how to create excellent client experience & can deliver this in any front-of-house environment.
  • You are a qualified barista, or a coffee champion with excellent barista skills.
  • You are experienced or have a good understanding of high-end Corporate Hospitality.
  • You are experienced in Café operations or similar, hotel Food & Beverage & events.
  • You want to have positive interactions with all clients to support our brand values.
  • You have a team player/can do attitude and can easily multitask competing priorities.
  • You are flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure.
  • You pride yourself on your strong waitering / F&B skills and hold a current RSA certification.
  • You’re willing to take directions and are open to learning new skills.
  • You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity.
