We are all about the delivery of class leading experiences for our client, their employees and guests. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at one of our leading corporate clients. Based within the CBD this is a Monday to Friday position.

If you are committed to providing class leading experiences, have a great knowledge of food and beverage, are self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our Clients expectations and really enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you. Ultimately, it’s your attitude that’s most important to us, however previous experience within a high paced Function/Banquet operation and/or catering environment is a must. You’ll need to be flexible and available to work across a variety of early, day and evening shifts from 7.00am to late, Monday to Friday.
About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience
- You know how to create excellent client experiences
- You want to have positive interactions with all clients to support our brand values
- You have extensive experience leading a substantial team in a boardroom environment, and can easily multi task
- You are comfortable supervising multiple functions of 100 plus guests across the client floors
- You lead from the front, are flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure
- You’re experienced in the delivery of a wide range of services including formal dining, cockatil parties as well as working lunches
- You hold a current RSA
- You’re willing to take direction, are a problem solver and are open to learn new skills
- You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity
