Trippas White Group is seeking an energetic & dynamic, hands-on Hospitality Manager for one of Australia’s most prestigious corporate locations, specialising in function & café service excellence.

What will your day look like;
As Hospitality Manager you will be responsible for the planning, overall management and execution of events along with oversight of a retail café across the ANZ’s head office facilities. With a focus on high quality dining and event experiences, this role will be hands on to deliver outcomes as defined by ANZ business stakeholders.
You will be part of a high-quality hospitality team working together across both front and back of house areas to deliver a coordinated service for ANZ’s customers, executives, and staff.
What will you bring?
To be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- A Hospitality Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in high quality and high-volume hospitality venues
- Exposure to retail café and or restaurant environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and service peers.
- Strong experience in high end hotels, restaurants, and/or banqueting operations
- Drive innovation, follow and adopt culinary trends.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in being part of professional team
- Requirement to collaborate with and manage industry third party providers to deliver outcomes.
- Strong financial knowledge to run a cost-effective department.
- Experience in contract management of hospitality service partners
- Exceptional team leading qualities and experience
- Desire to drive and seek opportunities for revenue growth.
- RSA & Food Safety Supervisor
Reporting directly to TWG Account Manager with daily interactions and feedback from ANZ’s End User Experience Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day running and supervision of ANZ Catering as well as overseeing the FOH administration and service team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and sustaining productive relationships with key client contacts
- Day to day production and oversight of all food produced and served for ANZ through events and retail cafe.
- Production of a range of contemporary cuisines and service styles including buffets, formal dinners, and cocktail parties.
- Financial and operational management of the kitchens, including all compliance requirements.
- Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity.
- Recruiting, inducting, and training staff as required
- Managing staffing requirements and rosters
- Follows company procedures and policy when handling employee grievances or undertaking disciplinary actions.
- Stock Management – ordering & replenishing stock
- Supervises and co-ordinates kitchen and front of house staff & café staff
- Managing and running events such lunches, dinners and cocktail parties as required
- Brief function staff prior to events and ensure events are delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure your workplace is operated according to safe work procedures and effectively maintained.
- Compliance is maintained for both ANZ and Trippas White Group.
- Available to the client to discuss in an open and collaborative manner any concerning issues and takes ownership over ensuring solutions are promptly actioned.

- Highly developed leadership skills with strong human resource skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong knowledge of RSA, food handling and hygiene principles
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other ordering and rostering systems)
