We are currently seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor with a professional manner to work within the Virgin Australia Lounge at the Brisbane Domestic Airport
We require people who are guest orientated, friendly, attentive, reliable, hard-working and have a "can do" attitude to WOW our clients in the fast-paced environment of airports.
Your key duties will include:
- Hands-on lead by example Supervisory duties
- Day-to-day successful supervision and delegation to a team of up to 15 staff members
- Food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas and provide waiter-style service to our Guests
- Ensure counter areas are always well presented and refreshed
- Beverage service
In order to hit the ground running, you will have:
- Previous hospitality experience
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Knowledge of OH&S & hygiene
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Your own transportation is essential – we do provide parking
- Flexible availability to work early shifts from 3:00am, with afternoon shifts ending up to midnight on occasion - across 7 days of the week
