We currently have an excellent opportunity, as a Workplace Co-Ordinator where you will have the responsibility for coordinating the facilities and resources necessary to ensure efficient operations of the EY Sydney tenancy and help curate the experience of all internal and external clients.
This role is more than just the basics and requires someone with of energy, drive and commitment. We are looking for a team member who is highly passionate on all things service and is looking to deliver personalized assistance to users and clients alike.
About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

- Administer the many platforms that Workplace Services deliver to enhance our working environment such as access control, locker and car parking management, maintenance reporting, space utilisation and contractor management.
- Proactively drive and support the implementation of workplace technology, programs, and initiatives to drive further engagement with the business and enhance the in-office experience.
- Conduct the WelcomeToEY Inductions and building tours.
- Maintain and support Workplace Services functions at EY satellite offices.
- Play a key role in keeping the office safe including tasks such as carrying out OH&S and maintenance inspections and being part of the emergency warden team.

- You will be a key contributor in supporting and driving the service excellence at our internal EY OneService hub.
- You will provide a One Stop Shop as both enquiry taker and resolution finder on a variety of tenancy and facilities related matters
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and be quickly adaptable.
- Be client experience oriented and strive for excellence in each interaction.
- Look to anticipate the needs of clients with proactive responses and actions.
