We are passionate about delivering market-leading experiences for our clients and have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Front of House Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house services and supporting the broader Workplace Services team to uphold outstanding presentation and operational standards across Ernst & Young (EY) tenancies in Sydney.

This role goes beyond delivering the basics — it requires someone who thrives in a team environment while effectively managing competing priorities. We are seeking a team member with an energetic and proactive approach, who is equally comfortable working autonomously. About the Role – Key Responsibilities

  • Engage regularly with the workplace supervisor/manager to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Deliver outstanding front-of-house services at the OneService Hub, a central support stream for EY staff. Act as both an enquiry taker and resolution finder to drive service excellence.
  • Support workplace technology, events, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Assist in the delivery of workplace services by administering tools and systems that optimize building operations and workplace performance.
  • Play an active role in Welcome to EY onboarding sessions and workplace induction programs for new hires, helping create a positive first impression.
  • Support operational and health & safety compliance. Conducting floor inspections to assess presentation and functionality, and promptly reporting any issues through the onsite maintenance portal.

  • Previous experience in workplace services, front-of-house operations, or facilities coordination is advantageous
  • Ability to work well within team environments. Takes an active role to build relationships with team members.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills– Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be client experience oriented and strive for excellence in each interaction.
  • Be innovative and seek continuous improvement
