We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand with a professional manner to work within the Virgin Australia Lounge at the Brisbane Domestic Airport

This is a rare opportunity to join and represent an iconic international brand. Our mission is to deliver a high-quality food and beverage experience for Virgin Australia, whilst engaging with their most highly valued lounge guests.

Your key duties will primarily include:

• Industrial commercial dishwashing – you will ensure all dishes and glassware are thoroughly washed in a timely fashion
• Ensure back of house areas are clean and equipment maintained
• On occasion, some clearing of tables and front-of-house duties

In order to hit the ground running, you will have:

• Previous Kitchen Hand experience
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Impeccable presentation and grooming
• Knowledge of OH&S & hygiene
• Your own transportation is essential – we do provide parking
• Flexible availability to work early shifts from 3:30am across 7 days of the week
