St Paul’s College at the University of Sydney is a prestigious institution, with a strong onsite team operating residential and corporate hospitality and housekeeping services throughout the site. Steeped in history, this residential and student focused partnership is seeking an experienced Site Manager to operate in this extremely fast paced and dynamic environment. It is desirable to have experience within the educational hospitality sector and flexibility to support various aspects of the business including event management, pastoral care and governance. This role requires working in and outside of standard business hours.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all financial and operational services onsite – catering, housekeeping & events
  • Staff development and site execution
  • Maintaining all compliance, food safety, licencing and safety regulations
  • Achieving KPI and operational targets set by the business
  • Daily coordination and collaboration with stakeholders and clients
