TWG Hospitality Services is part of leading hospitality company, Trippas White Group, which operates premium venues such as the Sydney Opera House, National Gallery Australia, ESQ, Centennial Homestead, Royal Botanic Gardens, , Taronga Zoo, Australian Institute of Sport, Virgin and Singapore Airlines Lounges.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and friendly chef, who is passionate about cooking and willing to join the kitchen team in a prestigious private school located in Jindabyne NSW (Snowy Monaro).
Work directly with the Chef Manager, client and boarding house community to deliver a diverse, nutritious and top quality tasty meals throughout the school calendar, including daily boarding meals, day student lunches and various community and school events.
This is a Full-Time hourly wage role with the potential to move into a salaried position based at Snowy Mountains Grammar School, NSW. Please note due to the nature of this role, a rotation of morning, evening, weekend and public holiday work may be required from time to time to meet operational requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking a wide range of adolescent friendly dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working inclusively within a team
- Maintaining shop lists and stock rotation
- Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality targets set by the business
- Leading the team with innovation and creative flair
- Engaging and working directly with residents and staff to create a home away from home environment
Skills and Experience

- The highest standards of food and occupational safety and hygiene
- Sound knowledge of dietary requirements
- Nationally Recognised Food Safety Supervisor Certificate desired
