Casual Pastry Chef Clayton Location (Initially One day per week)

TWG is seeking a casual pastry chef to produce a unique mix of cakes, cookies and other sweet treats for a café located in Clayton area.
The role will commence as a one day a week role with the opportunity for the role to expand and evolve into further work for the right person across other TWG locations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Production of all café pastry requirements.
- High volume production of contemporary food
- Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity
- Ordering and replenishing of stock.
