At Trippas White Group, we’re known for delivering premium hospitality experiences across some of Australia’s most iconic venues, workplaces, and education precincts. We’re growing – and we’re looking for a hands-on Proposal Manager to help us secure new partnerships through powerful, persuasive bid submissions.

This is a solo role, supporting our business development team. You’ll manage the entire proposal process – writing content, coordinating inputs from across the business, and guiding the visual presentation. From major tenders to pitch decks and capability statements, you’ll know how to craft responses that stand out.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years in bids/tenders, with strong writing and coordination skills
• A confident writing style
• Experience in hospitality, facilities or outsourced services, or B2B services (preferred)
• Great project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Confidence using branded templates (Word/PowerPoint) and briefing design teams
• A proactive, independent mindset – you’ll run the bid process end-to-end
