We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a State Manager to support our outstanding Hospitality Operations teams in Perth, Adelaide and surrounding areas.
With a commitment to fresh food and a personable approach to business, you will be responsible for:
- Hands on, leading by example Account Management
- Leadership support for a Team of Managers
- Client relationship building and continual service delivery improvement
- Compliance of all policy and procedures
- Financial acumen, achieving results and reporting success
- Human resource management over a range of sites.
- Retention of existing business and growth of new business
Candidates with multi-site management experience in catering, cafes, corporate service and/or retail F&B, who enjoy a fast-paced working environment are encouraged to apply.
This is a demanding role and to be effective you will need to demonstrate initiative and the ability to "think on your feet". You must be results driven and team orientated, leading a strong local team with a disciplined approach.
To excel in this senior leadership position within TWG, you will have;

Applicants with formal qualifications in Hospitality and Business disciplines will be highly regarded.
