Casual Cook/ Chef – Kilmore and Broadford area

 A unique opportunity has arisen to join a Team in regional Victoria!

Excellent working conditions, hours Monday to Friday 6:30am-22.00pm availability required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Day to day production of all kitchen requirements for retail.

• Daily volume production of contemporary food
• Ability so prepare, replenish and serve food
• Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity
• Ordering and replenishing stock

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• A focus on providing excellent contemporary food!
• Strong understanding of all aspects of cooking, serving and compliance with food safety
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable grooming standards
• Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles
• Computer literate
