We are expanding our Corporate & Workplace portfolio and are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive growth in our corporate vertical nationally.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly connected, commercially savvy BDM to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across sectors such as Legal, Tech, Telco, Finance, Media, Communications, Advisory, and Pharmaceutical.

This role will suit someone with a strong background in property, commercial leasing, workplace experience, or amenity strategy, who understands CBD building ecosystems and has deep relationships with owners, landlords, managing agents, property managers, and asset teams.

You will focus on opportunities where TWG can deliver onsite hospitality solutions, including retail cafes and workplace dining offerings for premium office buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business nationally with a focus on East Coast CBD markets.
  • Use your property and leasing networks to uncover opportunities in premium commercial buildings.
  • Identify ground-floor retail café opportunities that service entire buildings.
  • Work with clients to shape bespoke hospitality concepts and workplace dining solutions.
  • Collaborate with TWG’s tender, culinary, operations, and commercial teams to deliver compelling proposals.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and provide market intelligence to support TWG’s growth strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from property managers to C-suite leaders.

 

About You

  • Proven hunter with strong networks across the commercial property sector.
  • Experience in property BD, commercial leasing, workplace experience, concierge services, or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of CBD building landscapes (Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane).
  • Ability to identify and convert opportunities in established corporate environments.
  • Strong relationship-builder with excellent commercial acumen.
  • Creative thinker who can curate tailored solutions and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Confident working with tender teams and shaping multi-site corporate proposals.
  • Knowledge of hospitality, services, or workplace amenity design is highly regarded.
