Food and Beverage Attendants - Trinity College
Established in 1990 as a privately-owned Australian hospitality group, Trippas White’s founders were responsible for injecting an innovative and refreshing new approach to food style, presentation and service standards at some of Australia’s most prestigious cultural Venues, Colleges and Corporate Partners.
We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Team at Trinity College & other nearby venues
The key to our success is our people. Your role as Food and Beverage Attendant in this busy kitchen and residential facility is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient service to our valued residential students and guests.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Pre and Post set up of functions – crockery and cutlery
- Service to guests ranging from Buffets, Cocktail events to sit down dinners
- Kitchen Cleaning and washing of dishes
- Adherence to TWG Food Safety Program
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
• A passion for quality food, coffee and customer service
• A current RSA, WWCC and potentially food handlers certificate-( training can be arranged )
• Ideally previous experience in function service preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a cafe environment
• Understanding of OH&S and food safety practices (Training will be provided)
• A warm, bubbly and efficient personality
• Have the ability to work as part of a great team
• Have excellent attention to detail and impeccable uniform standards
Flexible availability to work various shifts across 7 days- Monday to Sunday
Shifts available to commence mid-February 2026
