The Role: Front of House Team Leader
- Ensure needs of International House and customers are achieved in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Be able to work weekends and evenings as required
- Must have or willing to obtain a Blue Card
- Manage the day-to-day food service.
- Ensure all team members are consistently adhering to uniform and presentation standards.
- Complete post service reports for leadership team outlining the service, operational issues, challenges, positive and negative feedback
- Assist in the development of standard practices for all site-specific tasks to ensure a clear expectation to all employees for all operational standards to be enforced.
About You:
- A passion for great food!
- An understanding of WH&S and Food Safety practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience
