We are seeking an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor who is looking to join a fantastic, fun & supportive team at one of our University Residential Colleges at Sydney University.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role: Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Ensure needs of the college and customers are achieved in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Be able to work weekends and evenings as required
- Must have or willing to obtain a working with childrens check and RSA
- Manage the day-to-day food service which includes Bar, Buffet and functions
- Ensure all team members are consistently adhering to uniform and presentation standards.
- Complete post service reports for leadership team outlining the service, operational issues, challenges, positive and negative feedback
- Assist in the development of standard practices for all site-specific tasks to ensure a clear expectation to all employees for all operational standards to be enforced.

- An understanding of WH&S and Food Safety practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience
