In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the delivery of activities associated with the following functions: civil infrastructure, water and wastewater operations, environment, and waste, and project management.
The role requires a particular focus on sustainability and budget management, while leading and motivating a customer focused culture.

Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate will be an energetic and highly motivated local government professional who has relevant formal qualifications combined with membership of relevant professional associations in Civil Engineering and/or significate experience at the senior management level.
You will be a transformational leader with a successful track record in leading project delivery, major change processes and implementing positive continuous improvement while inculcating unity, safety and commitment to service. A strategic thinker you will be committed to working collaboratively to deliver Council’s vision and priority outcomes for the community.
This position suits an experienced local government manager who has proactively prepared for a senior role by obtaining a diverse range of skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications.
