Water & Sewer Operator - Casual

The Opportunity

We are inviting expressions of interest from dedicated and dependable individuals to join our casual pool within the Water and Sewer team. This role involves covering staff leave and filling temporary vacancies. Currently, we need casuals for our Water and Sewer team, but there may also be opportunities in our civil works and outdoor crews, as well as at our waste resource facility.

This is an excellent chance for those who want to experience working at the Council, seek extra hours to fit around other commitments, or are looking for short-term employment

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about joining our Water & Sewer team. Essential qualities include the ability to follow directions, work well in a team, and adhere to safe work practices. Physical fitness is necessary to meet the demands of these positions

Council offers a starting hourly rate of $27.47 plus 25% casual loading and superannuation.
