Our beautiful 36 bed facility is seeking applications from motivated and compassionate individuals to work with a fabulous team of Nurses, Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinators, Cleaners and Maintenance personnel, who work together to deliver aged care services to our residents.
As a trainee, you will work under supervision to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in the community. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and contribute to the wellbeing of residents.
This part-time position welcomes the perfect work/life balance with 50 working hours per fortnight for a term of 2 years, whilst you work towards gaining a Certificate III in Individual Support.
Applicants must be able to work Monday - Sunday and shifts can be at various times of the day and night, with the options for various shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.
To be successful in this role you will be committed to providing positive care to clients in aged care and community services, have strong organisational skills, good communication with the ability to problem solve.

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual who is eager to begin a meaningful career in personal care. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to completing a Certificate III in Individual Support during the traineeship is essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important qualities we seek.
Salary: Hourly rate ranges from $13.52 - $27.62, dependent on highest year of schooling and number of years out of school, plus allowances and superannuation
