The ideal candidate for the Group Manager – Community Services role is a compassionate and strategic leader with demonstrated experience in managing aged care, community services, and governance, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and a strong commitment to service excellence, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
This Band 4 Level 2 position under the Local Government (State) Award 2023 offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the wellbeing of the Uralla Shire community. You will report directly to the General Manager and lead a team of professionals committed to service excellence.
In return for your hard work and dedication, Council is offering a competitive commencing salary of $162,703 plus super negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
