Uralla Shire Council is seeking a dynamic Manager – Community Care to lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of community care services, including Tablelands Community Support, Tablelands Community Transport, and Bundarra Neighbourhood Aid. This full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring services are compliant, consumer-focused, and aligned with funding and legislative requirements.
You will provide strategic leadership across programs such as the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP), Transport for NSW, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The position involves fostering innovation, building strong community relationships, and driving service development to meet evolving needs.

You are an experienced leader with tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, strong knowledge of aged care and community services legislation, proven ability in strategic planning and funding management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, ethical approach to building relationships and leading teams.
