The Opportunity

Council is recruiting for a full-time General Hand/Truck Operator to join our Works Section. Duties include, but not limited to: Manual handling, general labouring, truck operations and traffic control. This position is based at our Uralla depot but may be required to attend to other work locations.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced truck operator with HC licence, proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, excellent communication and teamwork capabilities, and a commitment to safety, integrity, and customer service.
