The Opportunity

Uralla Shire Council is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to support the wellbeing of residents at our aged care facility. This is a permanent part‑time position working 15 hours per week, playing an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role is worked over two days per week, Wednesday and Thursday, 7.5 hours per day.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and a sound understanding of infection control procedures. You will communicate respectfully, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and be physically capable of safely and efficiently performing the required cleaning duties.

Position Details:

  • Award: Local Government, Aged, Disability, and Home Care (State) Award
  • Hourly Rate: $33.27 + superannuation
