The Opportunity
Our beautiful 36‑bed residential aged care facility is seeking a Facility Administrator with a caring, professional, and customer‑focused approach to join our team at McMaugh Gardens.
This is a full‑time position, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing / Facility Manager, and provides high‑level administrative and operational support across the facility. The role is responsible for intake assessments and for supervising maintenance and support service functions to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the service.
With a strong focus on driving quality improvement programs and supporting compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, this is a key role that contributes to quality outcomes for residents, families, and staff across the facility.

The commencing salary is $1,382.74 per week, plus superannuation.
