About the role
This role plays a pivotal part in collaborating with the Senior Quality Advisor to conduct comprehensive compliance audits with precision and professionalism. Moreover, it involves aiding client-facing personnel in enhancing their practices, ensuring continuous adherence to internal and external standards, and fostering a culture of sustained compliance.
About You
Demonstrated commitment to VACCA's vision and values, with a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and effective communication skills with Aboriginal communities. Experienced in quality improvement, accreditation, and project management, with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and databases, including client management systems and mobile apps. Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate within VACCA and with CQI staff, with excellent organisational abilities and capacity to work independently or in teams.
