  • Salary up to $70,000 - $75,000, depending on experience, plus super

About the role
This position plays a key role in assisting the Payroll Manager to effectively execute all transactional procedures related to salary and wage processing. The primary objective is to ensure accurate and timely payment for all VACCA employees.
 
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a payroll function with strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce work that complies with quality standards.
  • Processing manual timesheets, leave forms etc.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills to meet agreed schedules and timelines.
  • A strong commitment to excellence in customer service and a hands-on approach to service provision.
  • Ability to contribute to team discussions, problem-solving and decision-making in culturally respectful ways
  • Provide reporting, including the development of ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
Desirable Proficiency using Chris21 payroll and Excel software
