Position Summary
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of Aboriginal children and young people? Join us as the Team Leader: North (Residential Services) and lead a dedicated team to provide the highest quality care while advocating for the best interests of the child. In this pivotal role overseeing 2 Residential Services homes, you'll provide support and guidance to ensure cultural connection, family ties, and well-being are prioritized. With responsibility for 2 direct reports and their teams, you'll oversee all aspects of operations, from supervision and professional development to compliance and quality improvement. Your expertise in culturally safe practices and risk management will ensure the safety and success of all involved. Join us in shaping a brighter future for our community.
Requirements
A degree qualification in Social Work, Welfare or a related field is required for this role. You may be required to complete additional training to meet the qualification requirements for Residential Care.What we can offer
