About The Program

The Cultural Therapeutic Ways CTW team, led by Aboriginal specialists, drives the development and implementation of CTW throughout VACCA. It fosters Aboriginal Knowledge, Leadership, and staff Well-being, emphasizing indigenous methods and formalizing our practices to support Community healing, connection, and protection.

Position Summary

This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander designated position: The Project Officer will lead the integration of Cultural Therapeutic Ways (CTW) into organizational projects, prioritizing support for Client Services programs to incorporate CTW Community Outcomes. Working closely with program staff, the officer will manage projects, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with the RED and CMS teams to ensure seamless integration. This role is pivotal in embedding VACCA's Cultural Therapeutic Ways Practice Framework and VACCA Outcomes Framework.
