We’re looking for a Business Administration Supervisor to join our team at the Rheinberger Centre in Yarralumla. About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions across the organisation. Coordinating property and fleet services, maintaining compliance and WHS standards, and supporting key business processes and projects. The Supervisor will oversee the Reception & Administration Officer while setting priorities to achieve identified outcomes efficiently, contributing to the Society’s mission.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the Rheinberger Centre remains a safe, well-organised, and welcoming space for employees, members, volunteers, and visitors alike, fostering an environment that supports our community-focused work.
About You
You will have a:
- A Certificate IV in Business/Management or 5+ years in a similar operational or administrative role.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision experience with a demonstrated ability to support and develop team performance.
- You possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and improve operational efficiency.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and are confident in using various business systems and technologies.
- You bring a proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to community service and the mission of the St Vincent de Paul Society.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must have working rights in Australia.
