About the Role 

In this dynamic role you will be an essential member of our business operations team and central to ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of our facilities. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting key functions such as fleet and facility coordination, office administration, and data management. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional first point of contact for everyone.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong administrative background along with a warm, professional approach to communication and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Requirements 

  • Must have working rights in Australia.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.
