About Ozanam Industries
Ozanam Industries provide employment opportunities for people with disability; specialising in mail fulfilment and general packaging work. The Role
You will be part of a production team completing work that varies according to the requirements of business customers. Your goal will be to undertake work that meets production and quality standards, as well as Safe Work practices. You will need to be able to listen and communicate well with your Team Leader for you to meet your individual production goals and contribute to the overall objective of your team.

As a Supported Process Worker, you will:
- undertake production work for products required by our customers
- focus and work towards achieving your set personal/work goals
- effectively work as part of a team
- maintain a clean work space.

- An attitude to work hard, be motivated and stay focused
- Good communication skills
- A focus on quality and safety
- A current NDIS Plan (including supports in employment)
