Your new role

Vinnies store in Glebe, routinely frequented by lovers of vintage fashion and collectibles from all over Sydney. We’re looking for  an exceptional Retail Manager with outstanding people performance and selling skills to continue Vinnies Glebe being at par with the best in retro fashion.

The Store Manager will:

  • Lead the team – provide direction, coach, train & develop, motivate.
  • Manage store operations, donations, stock, compliance.
  • Be an exemplary role model in providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies.
  • Utilise data/metrics and design critical action plans for continuous high sales performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in operational retail management with focus on fashion and high volume retail.
  • Strong focus on customer experience.
  • Proven ability for developing/increasing team efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrated skills in performance management, coaching and motivation.
  • A high level of skill in analysing sales data and utilising these to develop strategies to drive sales growth.
