Your new role: 

If you have truck driving experience, read on… this Driver/Store Person, full-time position is based at our distribution centre in Dubbo.  You will collect donations and deliver stock and goods.  Part of your role will require lifting, hence your physical fitness and safe manual handling skills are very important.  LR or MR and Forklift licences are essential

Your responsibilities: 

  • Pick up donations from donors and Vinnies collection bins
  • Deliver stock to shops and goods to people we assist
  • Conduct regular check of vehicle and warehouse equipment
  • Ensure the security of donations, goods and stock during transport and storage
  • Comply with all safety practices and procedures.

 To be successful, you will need: 

  • Valid LR or MR and Forklift licences
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Work, Health, and Safety procedures
  • Safe driving skills
  • Sensitivity and respect for people
