Your New Role

Superb opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Office of the CEO in our thriving and evolving purpose led organisation.  Reporting to our engaging CEO you will provide key administrative assistance and also oversee the Board of Directors.  This autonomous role requires related high level Executive Assistant experience attained within a large corporation or professional services environment (Legal EAs from mid/top tier law firms are strongly encouraged to apply).

Your responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Support the successful implementation of the Strategic Plan for the Society
  • Provide executive support to the CEO and the Board Chair, including diary management, email management, travel, document management etc.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure appropriate responses are provided - clear and comprehensive details are taken and delivered
  • Effectively coordinate and follow-through of the activities and commitments of the CEO including the production of an annual calendar of key dates.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team of Executive Assistants
  • Contribute to implementation of effective risk management procedures to ensure compliance with legal, employment and governance requirements

To be successful, you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience in diary management, email management, travel, document management etc.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure appropriate responses are provided - clear and comprehensive details are taken and delivered
  • Effectively coordinate and follow-through of the activities and commitments of the CEO including the production of an annual calendar of key dates.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team of Executive Assistants.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and keep information confidential
