Your new role:
Grow your retail career at Vinnies Brookvale 2100 where a full-time Retail Sales Assistant is required. Vinnies Brookvale is a popular destination within the Northern Beaches for finding treasure trove of vintage fashion and collectibles. This role will suit one who is familiar with the Northern Beaches lifestyle and can easily relate to customer needs. Your strong retail experience and skills, drive to achieve and self-motivation will help you succeed in this role. Some rostering experience will be an advantage.
Please note: COVID 19 vaccination is required for this role in compliance with NSW Public Health Order.
The Retail Sales Assistant will:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
- Replenish stock on the sales floor
- Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
- Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
- Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility and availability including weekends and peak times (e.g. Christmas)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
- Understanding of fashion and trends
