Your new role: 

Great opportunity to join the Vinnies retail teams as Casual Retail Sales Assistant in Woy Woy 2256 and The Entrance 2261. You will have a passion for providing the best customer experience, love for retail, fashion and a fast paced environment. Your positive work attitude, willingness to be a team player and self-motivation are key for you to be one of the best in our retail team.  COVID 19 vaccination is required for this role in compliance with NSW Public Health Order.  

The Retail Sales Assistant will: 

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor
  • Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and availability including weekends and peak times (e.g. Christmas)
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of fashion and trends
