Your new role
We are looking for a self-motivated, goal orientated Retail Store Manager who will oversee our Vinnies store in South Tamworth 2340. You will have vision and effective strategies to drive the store’s growth and develop a high performing team. Your strong retail management, preferably including fashion retail, and people skills are important to this role. Perfect opportunity to grow your retail career with potential to relocate to a bigger site in 2022!
In your new role, you will:
- Supervise and motivate team towards achieving and exceeding financial targets
- Manage all aspects of operations including sorting of donations, monitoring of stock levels, compliance with WHS procedures, etc.
- Ensure the team can provide maximum positive experience for all customers
- Oversee sales transactions to ensure these comply with policies and procedures
- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.
