Your new role

Be part of the team at Vinnies Maroubra 2035 where customers have great shopping experience finding treasure trove of vintage collectibles.  In this full-time Retail Sales Assistant role, you will undertake a variety of tasks that will enhance your knowledge, skills and the store’s overall performance.  Bring your energy and proactive thinking to support this busy, fast paced environment.  If you love all things retro & vintage, this one’s for you! 

Full COVID 19 vaccination is required for this role in compliance with NSW Public Health Order.

The Shop Assistant will: 

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor
  • Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and availability to work on roster including weekends
  • Flexibility to work in other locations within the Eastern Suburbs
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
