About the role

The Regional Property Manager leads the management of a regional property portfolio across Vinnies’ services streams. It is an opportunity to showcase your relationship skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across all functions of property management and be a trusted property advisor to your clients.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • To be a trusted property advisor, based on applied knowledge and experience.
  • Be outcomes-focused with the ability to navigate beyond hurdles to delivery initiatives.
  • The energy to know your portfolio including travelling across the region to inform decision making.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to prepare financial-social sustainable business cases and articulate the merits of a proposition.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and analyse business data and analytics to enable effective reporting and decision-making on operational performance.
