THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO VISION AUSTRALIA EMPLOYEES ONLY
- Initial 6-month contract with potential to extend to 12 months.
- Part-time opportunity, working 4 days per week
- Ability to be based from any Vision Australia location with Work from Home Flexibility
Provide support to ensure the Scheduling Project is delivered in accordance with agreed time, cost and quality.

Responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers to develop and document project scope, Project Management Plan, and supporting information such as work schedules, costs and budget, stakeholder analysis, communications and risk plan;
- Engage with stakeholders and analyse stakeholder needs;
- Assist in regular project reporting;
- Participate in the project team and contribute to achievement of project activities in line with Project Management Plan;
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven leader at both organisation and team levels.
- An outstanding strategic thinker able to translate concepts to action.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to influence and work effectively across an organisation.
