The Compliance Support Officer is responsible for ensuring contracts and compliance for relevant contracts/agreements and all legal regulatory requirements in accordance with an internal Contracts Compliance Plan.

Responsibilities
- Review and maintain our contractual obligations to ensure Vision Australia operates under a strict compliance and administration focus and to ensure that service teams own the funded program operations;
- Manage and monitor the organisational complaints process including the administration of complaints resolution activities;
- Maintain Vision Australia’s organisational information on government departmental portals, as relevant;
- Preparing documents for meetings, reports and correspondence;
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications, and/or work experience, in the areas of Business and/or Administration;
- Experience and/or strong knowledge in regulatory statutory compliance is essential;
- Previous demonstrated experience in an administrator and project delivery role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel), Adobe Professional, SharePoint, email, internet and intranet;
